Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

4. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to join the tour at the departure point (No-Show) or leaves the tour after it has already commenced, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the services.

5. Force Majeure

KOOL TOUR AND TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours in the event of natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or other "Act of God" events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative travel dates or a credit note for future travel.

6. Amendment Policy

Request for amendments to a confirmed booking must be made in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from our third-party partners (airlines, hotels).
